thought express -feb 5 2008
She felt a tingle in her spine,It was a pain that brought a smile on her face,She wondered at the stages that the lifeform within her underwent,From a single cell to its eventual growth as her successor,She felt a delight that she could never explain,A prayer would go out evrytime she thought of tat weird form of muscle n tissue,The scan that she saw felt that it wasn't yet a reflection of any in her family,However, she knew that it would be enough if it carried some bit of her beliefs and values,Why would she have to sacrifice two of her ribs,If it weren't for the beauty and absolute divinity of childbirth....These were thoughts I had as a dear friend told me about her experiences in expecting her unborn child...Somehow, it felt magical J n @ the same time it brought back thoughts of the events of the day..the day had been rough as I took on some guys who didn't necessarily understand certain aspects of my work n thn I wondered abt the spine alternately...We women love a man with a spine for the simple reason that we are short of a pair of ribs, n it gives us a high when we are with a man we can depend upon!I am often described as an independent and self-assured woman who would be able to take care of herself, but a man with a spine is who would impress me...There are many a campaigns that reiterate this collective belief- it requires guts to b able to stand out!.... the recent campaign of don't speak Shout!definitely is a means to espress... This campaign was run with an intention to engage people in speaking out for both macro n micro issues in and around them right from their freedom to dance to support primary education...n this again requires us to rise beyond the mediocre n the ordinary... only the spineless would like to shun into obscurity...Ahem! But into this kissa spine ka..comes another factor of the ones who have a spine to cause havoc or take the people's office 4 granted J devegowdas progeny used state money to kickstart a second family @ the states cost..an author who created a marrymydaughter.com where brides were only in their teens to a desi monster Doc who sold kidneys the world definitely seems to have its share of devilry J devilry wch is beyond fearlessness and can only b described as the karname of the agitated or the unrested mind....
